🎉 Book a Private Event

Celebrate your special occasion in a creative and welcoming space! Turning Times Pottery offers private events perfect for birthdays, bachelorette parties, team-building events, girls’ nights, and more.

During your event, the studio is closed to the public—giving your group exclusive use of the space to relax, create, and celebrate. Guests will select their pottery pieces, paint using non-toxic, water-based glazes, and leave their items for firing. Finished pieces will be ready for pickup in approximately 7–10 days.

💰 Pricing & Booking

  • Pottery pieces are selected individually and typically range from $25–$45 per
    person
  • A $200 deposit is required to reserve your date and will be applied to your total
  • Minimum of 10 painters required

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.

🕒 Available Event Times

Private events are held during dedicated hours when the studio is closed to the public:

  • Saturday: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM *We will close early pending no scheduled theme nights
  • Sunday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM or 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

🍰 Food & Decorations

You are welcome to bring:

  • Food, drinks, and snacks
  • Table decorations

Please note:

  • Decorations may not be attached to walls or surfaces (no tape, tacks, etc.)

🏠 At-Home Pottery Kits

Hosting a smaller gathering? We also offer Pottery-To-Go Kits, which include pottery, paints, and brushes—perfect for creating at home.

Your private event at Turning Times Pottery includes everything you need for a fun, stress-free experience:

  • Private use of the studio during your event time
  • All painting supplies, including non-toxic glazes, brushes, and tools
  • Step-by-step guidance and assistance from our staff
  • Glazing and kiln firing of all completed pieces
  • Cleanup handled by our team so you can relax and enjoy
  • Finished pieces ready for pickup in approximately 7–10 days

Host a Fundraiser with Us!

How it works:

  • Pick a date (We are available to be open on a Monday or Tuesday)
  • Promote your event
  • Guests come in during a set time window
  • We donate a % of sales back

Fundraising structure:

  • 20% of sales donated
  • 2–4 hour window (ex: 4–8 PM)
  • Weeknight (Mon–Thurs) *We are happy to open and staff on a Monday or Tuesday to help achieve your goals!

💡 Example:

  • $2,000 in sales that night
  • 20% donation = $400 to the group
